Using our GebMess® technology and further gathering technologies we own a cost-efficient and effective method for digital as-built measurement data logging of real estates and facilities.

Another advantage is the gathering and positioning of all room specific technical data and their specific characteristic values directly during the gathering on-the-spot (i.e. condition estimation).

These determined data can be directly transmitted into a CAFM-System or a data base (Access, SQL, ...) or are available for corresponding evaluations.
