03/2010 FAMOS certificated according to GEFMA-guideline 444

FAMOS has been certified as one of the first CAFM-systems at all by the GEFMA - German Facility Management Association - according to guideline 444. Therewith the Keßler Real Estate Solutions GmbH has received for their CAFM-system FAMOS a full certification for all nine criteria catalogues of the GEFMA-guideline 444. The certificate has a validity till february 2012.

Certification of CAFM-system - Increase of quality in the facility management

The GEFMA sees the certification of CAFM-software according to guideline 444 as a contribution to the quality assurance in the facility management. The compliance with convenient minimum standars for apllication functionalities of CAFM-products is documentated with the certification. The certification is part of the quality campaign of the GEFMA. Alongside a basic catalogue the test criteria contains floor-spance, maintenance, inventory, cleaning, reservation, lock systems, relocation and rent management.
